2.2 Email Forwarding

When you connect a client to Briefcase, a unique Briefcase email address is automatically generated. You can find it by opening the client account and checking Client Settings on the left navigation bar.

Forward Emails: Send any emails with invoices or receipts directly to this address. Even if there are no attachments, Briefcase will convert the email body into a PDF for processing. Any duplicates or non-transactional documents are automatically routed to your Archive.
