2.2 Email Forwarding
When you connect a client to Briefcase, a unique Briefcase email address is automatically generated. You can find it by opening the client account and checking Client Settings on the left navigation bar.

- Forward Emails: Send any emails with invoices or receipts directly to this address. Even if there are no attachments, Briefcase will convert the email body into a PDF for processing. Any duplicates or non-transactional documents are automatically routed to your Archive.
- Pro Tip: Set up automatic email forwarding in your email service (like Gmail or Outlook) to send relevant emails to your Briefcase address automatically.
2.3 Web Upload
When logged into Briefcase, you can select a company and upload invoices and receipts from your desktop by clicking the ‘Upload documents’ button.
